Hearing on the levying of annual assessments in County Lighting District Landscaping and Lighting Act-1 (CLD LLA-1) (All Districts) for continued street lighting purposes for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27, at the same rate as FY 2025-26, for all 14 zones, which include the unincorporated area and 13 cities (Agoura Hills, Bell Gardens, Calabasas, Carson, Diamond Bar, La Cañada-Flintridge, La Mirada, Lawndale, Lomita, Paramount, Malibu, Rolling Hills Estates, and Walnut), in the FY 2026-27 Engineer's Report, and on a resolution confirming the diagram and assessment and order the levying of assessments in CLD LLA-1.
